MUTTON PAYE RECIPE
Ingredients:
12 Paye
3 medium onions
1 garlic bulb
Whole garam masala (1 cinnamon stick, 8-10 black pepper, 7-8 cloves, 1 bari elaichi, 2 choti elaichi, 1 piece of javatri)
1 cup oil
1 tbsp red Chili powder
2 tbsp dhania powder
1 tbsp zeera powder
1 tsp haldi
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp Kashmiri red chili
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
Fresh coriander, julienne ginger, and green chilli for garnish.
