On this day (August 2021), a few coworkers decided to make and eat Prison Food for the last day of the week (Friday). This is also called Spread and it has been done several times before with familiar faces at work, but there are new faces who have not experienced this type of jailhouse food. It was a sight to see with the expression on their faces when making the Spread. From what was said, they were disgusted on how it appeared, however, they were pleasantly surprised of how delicious it was. It’s like the saying, ‘Don’t judge a book by it cover.’ All-in-all, good food and great company.
