This gentle 15 minute walk has been created for seniors, beginners, anyone dealing with obesity, or for others just getting back to exercise. The walking workout today is a heart-healthy, low impact class with a total of 1200 steps. If you have mobility issues, hold onto a chair and just do the lower body portion of the class. Do what YOU can, work at YOUR own pace, and remember that small steps are also progress.
