혼자서 황금배추 20kg 김장을 했어요
손은 많이 가고 가성비도 솔직히 좋진 않지만
내 입맛에 맞춰 하나하나 담그는 재미는 꽤 큰 편이에요

비늘김치와 파김치까지 마무리하고
김장엔 역시 빠질 수 없는 가마솥 수육
제철 굴, 파전까지 곁들여
샴페인 한 잔, 막걸리 한 잔과 함께
나홀로 김장 파티로 하루를 마무리했습니다

각자의 방식으로
맛있는 김치 한 접시와 따뜻한 술 한 잔이면
겨울은 충분히 포근해지는 것 같아요

I made kimchi with 20kg of golden napa cabbage all by myself.

It takes a lot of time and effort, and honestly, it’s not very cost-effective.
But making kimchi exactly to my own taste is surprisingly satisfying.

After finishing radish kimchi and green onion kimchi,
I couldn’t skip boiled pork cooked in a cauldron, which is a must for kimjang.
I also enjoyed seasonal oysters and pajeon.
A glass of champagne, a glass of makgeolli,
and my solo kimjang party came to a perfect close.

In the end,
a plate of good kimchi and a warm drink,
that’s more than enough to make winter feel cozy.
