Ingredients:

For Chocolate coffee sponge Cake:
1 + 1/4 cup all purpose flour/ maida
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp chocolate essence
1 tsp instant coffee powder
1/4 cup warm water
2 tbsp milk

For sugar syrup:
2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup warm water
1/4 tsp instant coffee powder

For cream frosting:
1 + 1/2 cup chilled whipped cream
2 tsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp melted dark chocolate

For chocolate dripping:
1/3 cup dark chocolate
4 tbsp hot milk
1 tbsp butter

For garnishing:
choco chips
rainbow sprinkles
