E-Props "Constant Speed" Effect Finally Explained

E-Props propellers have been around for a while now, but has recently hit high levels of popularity due to it's automatic constant speed effect.
But ask 3 pilots how it works, and you get 4 different explanations. While the exact workings is proprietary information, I share what I have found after months of research.
