WHO AM I???
👉 I'm Adam, an American in the UK, and I've been writing about fitness and self-improvement since 2012 on my blog @ www.gains-af.com.
👉 I make one blog post and one youtube post a week! I talk about fitness, business, personal finance, language learning, and anything else I feel like.
👉 Through my blog I've established a successful coaching business working with clients of all skill levels.
👉 I've been obsessed with self-improvement and fitness since 2006, and have been training consistently since then in a variety of sports including bodybuilding, powerlifting, distance running, and gymnastics.
👉 I've got a double major in English Literature and Philosophy, and I currently speak three languages.
