Bosch PFS 2000 Not Spraying Fixed - Boya Tabancası Püskürtmüyor

This is one of my beloved machines, I've used it many times, encountered some problems but found fixes as well. I'd buy it again if someone asked. Been using it for over 4 years now and did many many jobs, still it works fine, that's what I love about Bosch machines.

I wouldn't recommend using it indoors many many fumes. You'd have to cover your everywhere including your hair it gets pretty messy and toxic. However, not windy days, I've used it many times outdoors. Actually saves paint with a thinner layer, does a better job without brush marks, reaches everywhere with ease and most importantly saves me my time even with the necessary cleaning process.

If air is not coming out at all, you should check the long hose between the sprayer and blower machine part. It's important how gently you store the hose, don't put anything heavy on it, don't bend it as a tight curve and thankfully it'll stay safe.

On the other hand, for many many times I've encountered the not spraying problem. After some research, I've found that the little hole and the small hose was the key since they are related to air pressure and the vacuuming of the paint.

I recommend cleaning every time after use. With synthetic paint, spray some thinner after cleaning the can and clean the parts with thinner as well, dry them for a day before reassembling. With acrylic paint, do the same with warm (not boiling) water and you'll be good to go for your next paint job.
