Experience the many benefits of exercise with this flexible 15-45 minute work-out. "It's Your Choice" is an exercise program designed by physiotherapists for people with MS and other mobility issues.
This segment has exercises that can be done with a hula hoop sitting in your chair. It includes stretches and light aerobic exercise. The information within this video is not intended to replace any advice provided to you by your health care team.
