You're seeing this on Tuesday BUT it was a Monday day of eating for me full of all the feelings. Are we surpised?? If you stick around to the end you can make dinner with me. Being a special needs parent I have a whole laundry list of things that have to be done daily to make sure Ella is living her best life...that is not always easy for me and can sometimes trigger bad food choices NOT TODAY SATAN. I made it through and I hope I can encourage you to stick it out on the hard days as well. Im so humbled to have all of you here on this journey with me I could not do this without your constant support and love.
