1. Warm up your body before using the "Warm Up for Beginner Pole Dancers" video:    • Full Body Warm Up for Beginner Pole Dancers  
2. Start from the very first video of this playlist, as the tricks will be a progression of the video before:    • Beginners Pole Trick Tutorial Series  
3. Try 2-4 tricks per 1 hour training session depending on your strength & energy level.
4. Video is mirrored, and if you get confused with directions - red band on my right wrist and right ankle to indicate the right side of my body!
5. My pole is in spin mode! I recommend you to do this tutorial on a spin pole.
6. Make sure to cool down afterwards, be kind to yourself, and take care of your body - you've only got one! x
