Easy cheesecake recipe without baking. Biscuits, a layer of cherry, cheese and jelly are the perfect combination for hot days!
INGREDIENTS
• Cocoa tea biscuits 160 g
• Tea biscuits 100 g
Cheesecake mass:
• Cream cheese 200 g (Philadelpia)
• Transparent jelly 70 g
• Water 350 ml
Cherry layer:
• Cherry jelly 35 g
• Water 250 ml
• Cherry jam 250 g
Top:
• Gooseberry jelly 140 g
• Water 800 ml
CAKE PAN 24cm x 24cm
