Wolverine Workout | All Fitness Levels Follow Along
With the new movie Logan about to hit the theaters, It is time to give Hugh Jackman a shoutout by doing a tribute workout in his character "Wolverines" name. In Logan, He works hard to have the body to fill the role, so should you! Follow this Neila Rey wolverine workout and see how advanced your fitness is! This is how you get a body like Hugh Jackman in wolverine!
The Full Logan Wolverine Bodyweight Workout:
Level 1 Fitness is 3 sets.
Level 2 Fitness is 5 sets.
Level 3 or full wolverine level is 7 sets!
Do all 10 stations with no rest between them. After completing all stations you may take a 2 minute break.
Station 1: High Knees - 24 Reps
Station 2: Squats - 24 Reps
Station 3: Mountain Climbers - 24 Reps
Station 4: Left Raised Leg Push Ups - 10 Reps
Station 5: Right Raised Leg Push Ups - 10 Reps
Station 6: Shoulder Touches - 10 Reps Each Arm
Station 7: Plank Jumo Ins - 10 Reps
Station 8: Reverse Crunches - 12 Reps
Station 9: Russian Twists - 12 Reps
Station 10: Flutter Kicks - 24 Reps
