Spartacus Blood & Sand Full Circuit Workout | Full Follow Along
This is a full body workout made famous by the Starz TV series Spartacus Blood & Sand. This is a free follow along full workout with a timer and instructions. You can do this wherever you have the space! You can complete this workout with 2 light dumbbells, Bodyweight or even with kettle bells. Full Workout is listed below.
You will do 3 total sets. Each station is 1 minute of constant activity. Between stations you will get a 15 second break. After completing the full 10 stations, take a 2 minute break and repeat.
Station 1. Goblet Squats
Station 2. Mountain Climbers
Station 3. Single Arm Dumbbell Swing
Station 4. T-Pushup
Station 5. Split Jumps
Station 6. Dumbbell Row
Station 7. Dumbbell Side Lunge and Touch
Station 8. Pushup Position Row
Station 9. Dumbbell Lung and Rotate
Station 10. Dumbbell Push Press
