BREAKFAST: 1/6 of quiche is 2 Smart Points
What you need:
9 eggs
1/2 cup fat free half n half
' 1 tbsp melted butter ( for bottom of casserole dish)
1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
2 stalks of green onions
half of white onion
1 bag of frozen broccoli
4 slices of turkey bacon
salt n pepper & garlic powder
What to do:
cook your frozen broccoli, microwave your turkey bacon covering it with paper towels for 3 minutes & 20-30 seconds, beat your 9 eggs then add half n half, green onions, white diced onions, cheese, and your seasonings and mix them together, take your cooked broccoli and cut with scissors, do the same for your bacon, now mix in your broccoli once cut up into the egg mixture and mix, add your melted butter to the casserole dish, then pour in your mixture into your casserole dish then add bacon last and top with black pepper & garlic powder and I baked mine on 400 for 30 min ( I do have a gas oven so you may need to alter temp & time)
SNACK: Greek Salad 1 cup is 1 serving for 2 Smart Points and it made 4 servings for me ( please note this could change when you make it depending on size of veggies and amount)
What you need:
1 cucumber
2 roma tomatoes
half of a red onion
green pepper
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 can of gorbanzo beans
4 tbsp olive oil balsmic vingerette dressing
salt n pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, dried parsley, dried Italian herbs
What to do:
cut up your veggies, add into bowl, add your cheese, seasonings, and dressing, mix together until everything is coated then store in your containers.
LUNCH: Cajun Shrimp Sheet Bake I made 5 servings and 1 serving is 1 cup for 4 Smart Points
1 lbs of shrimp
butterball turkey sausage ( used all 2 links)
zucchini, squash, red bell pepper
tonys cajun seasoning
What to do:
cut your veggies and turkey sausage, place in a casserole dish or baking sheet , add seasoning on top and I baked it on 400 for 30-35 min
DINNER: Miso Butter Pork I made 8 pork chops and 1 pork chop is 1 serving for 4 Smart Points
What you need:
1 1/4 lbs of lean pork chops is what I used (8 pork chops total)
packet of 30g miso soup mix dry paste
1/3 cup of water for miso paste
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp seasme oil
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp sugar (tsp not tbsp***)
juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp I cant believe it's not butter
1/2 white onions , 4 stalks of green onions
1/2 tbsp ginger paste or fresh ginger
salt n pepper, garlic powder
What to do:
cut your onions & green onions, add your miso into a bowl mix with warm water about 1/3 cup total, add all your other ingredients into the bowl and mix together, add everything into a big bowl and marinate for a minimum of 30 min, then once done marnating spray your pan and cook in the pan on each side until it has a good sear, then finish cooking in oven on 350 for 30 - 40 min
