2007 Chevy Classic Knock Sensor Code - Bad PCM or Bad New Part? Part II

In a previous video, we looked at this 2007 Chevy Classic that came in with a knock sensor code. As mentioned before, another shop had already replaced the knock sensors and the harness, but the code came right back. After further testing, we found that the knock sensor signal drops out only when the PCM is plugged in, which raises the big question. Is the PCM actually at fault, or are we dealing with a bad “new” part? In this video, we dig deeper into the diagnostics to make sure we’re making the right call instead of guessing and throwing parts at it.
