Lîla é uma palavra em sânscrito e quer dizer algo como “Brincadeira divina”
É a ideia de que o universo, com toda sua complexidade e movimento, não foi criado por necessidade ou obrigação,Ao invés de acreditarmos numa criação motivada por carência, sofrimento ou lógica, Līlā sugere que o divino cria por prazer, arte, movimento e liberdade.
É como o momento em que uma criança começa a brincar sozinha e cria um mundo inteiro ali, se desconectando do que está ao redor e mergulhando, com alegria e entrega, na sua criação imaginária. Essa é a essência de Lîla, a arte que nasce por si, e não por obrigação.

Já a música Kichute é uma música pesada, com raízes no thrash metal e faz referência ao famoso tênis usado toda uma geração que cresceu entre o concreto e o campinho de terra.Mostra a identidade de quem faz com o que tem e supera a realidade bruta do cotidiano. É raça, é barulho, é sujeira, é tensão… É a atitude!

Curiosidades:
Lîla é uma música do primeiro álbum da banda, lançado em 1996, mas foi originalmente gravada na demo-tape de 1994 e reaproveitada integralmente no álbum.Ela nunca havia sido tocada ao vivo pela banda, a gravação original foi feita apenas com duas guitarras utilizando efeitos sintetizados.

Kichute foi gravada em estúdio especialmente para o Projeto 12:30 da UFSC (Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina — Brasil) em 1999.Posteriormente, foi lançada no segundo álbum, “Esperanza”, em 2006, em uma versão ao vivo.

"Lîla" is a Sanskrit word that means something like “divine play.”
It expresses the idea that the universe, in all its complexity and movement, was not created out of necessity or obligation.
Instead of imagining creation as something born from lack, suffering, or logic, "Lîla" suggests that the divine creates through pleasure, art, movement, and freedom.

It’s like that moment when a child starts playing alone and invents an entire world disconnecting from everything around them and diving joyfully and completely into their imaginary creation.
That’s the essence of "Lîla": art that arises on its own, without demand, a spontaneous act of being.

In contrast, the track "Kichute" is heavy, with roots in "thrash metal", and takes its name from the iconic Brazilian sneaker worn by a whole generation that grew up between concrete and dusty soccer fields.
It reflects the identity of those who create with what they have and face the harshness of everyday life head-on.
It’s grit. It’s noise. It’s dirt. It’s tension. It’s attitude!!!.


Behind the Tracks:
Lîla is a track from the band’s first album, released in 1996, but it was originally recorded on the 1994 demo tape and incorporated in full into the album.It had never been performed live by the band, the original version was recorded using only two guitars with synthesized effects.

Kichute was recorded in the studio specifically for the Projeto 12:30 at UFSC (Federal University of Santa Catarina — Brazil) in 1999.It was later released on the band’s second album, “Esperanza,” in 2006, in a live version.
