Ingredients:
6 dried scallop
8 shiitake mushrooms
2 chicken drumsticks
1.5 lb winter melon
1.5 tbsp dried shrimp
a few ginger slices
2 tbsp scallion
1 cup shrimp
season shrimp with pinch of salt and white pepper
4 cups water
*season with salt to taste

Chicken marinate:
1/3 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch

8 個 冬菇
2 隻 雞鎚
1.5 磅 冬瓜
1.5 湯匙 蝦米仔
數塊 薑片
2 湯匙 蔥花
1 碗 蝦
少許淹和白胡椒粉醃蝦
4 杯 水
*最後放適量鹽調味

雞醃料:
1/3 茶匙 糖
1/4 茶匙 鹽
1 茶匙 生抽
1 茶匙 粟粉
