Favorit F1 Super Special: Záchrana (1)

Vylovení a odbahnění! Nedávno jsem dostal od bývalého závodníka a mého kamaráda staré, rezavé a špinavé kolo. Klasického zimáka ze 70tých let. Myslím, že i špína a bláto jsou originál ze 70tých nejpozději 80tých let... Prostě kolo na vyhození! Naštěstí jsem si pečlivě prohlédl rám, ještě před tím, než šlo do šrotu. Podle typických znaků se dá s jistotou říci, že se jedná o Favorit F1 Super Speciál z roku 1977, bez zásahů lidového kutila, nýbrž jen s poněkud pohnutým osudem. Trubky jsou na několika místech promáčklé a rám je pod nánosem špíny pořádně orezlý. Vzhledem k množství vyrobených a dodnes dochovaných F1 SS rámů je to výjimečný kus. Rád vracím starým závodním kolům jejich lesk a slávu a to mám v plánu i s tímto Favoritem. Nebude to levné ani jednoduché a bude to chvíli trvat.
V tomto prvním díle kolo rozložím a umyju. Čistý rám pošlu mistrovy laku (v tomto případě i tmelu) Karlovi Chmelířovi a než se s ním popasuje mám čas shánět samolepky a součástky. Pokud se Vám naše video bude líbit klikněte, prosím na odebírat a mrkněte i na naše jiná videa…

I recently received an old, rusty and dirty bike from my friend, a former racer. Classic rat bike. I think even the dirt and mud are original from the 70's or 80's at the latest... Basically a bike to throw away! Fortunately, I inspected the frame carefully before it was scrapped. According to the typical features, it can be said with certainty that this is Favorit F1 Super Special from 1977, without the intervention of a handyman, yet only with a troubled fate. The tubes are dented in several places and the frame is really rusty under the dirt. Due to the small number of F1 SS frames produced and nowadays preserved, this is an exceptional piece! I like to resurect old racing bikes, return them their brilliance and fame, and I plan to do that with this Favorite as well. It will not be cheap or easy and will take a while.
In this episode, I disassemble the bike and wash it. I will send the clean frame to the paint master Karel Chmelíř, and before he fixes it up, I will have time to look for stickers and accessories... If you like our video, please click on subscribe and have a look at our other videos…
