This 45 minute restorative yoga practice is designed to help you slow down, soften your body, and release physical and emotional tension. Using bolsters, blocks, and supportive props, we’ll create shapes that open the chest, relax the spine, ease the shoulders, and give your nervous system space to settle.
This class is perfect for:

Props Needed:
– 1–2 bolsters (or pillows/blankets)
– 2 blocks
– Optional: blanket for comfort
