In this video, I'm explaining how to choose a matching power supply unit for your computer. I'm Explaining how to understand the efficiency of a power supply & what are the benefits of an efficiency rating. There is an international efficiency rating called "Eighty Plus Rating". There are several types of 80 Plus ratings called bronze, silver, gold, platinum, and titanium. The efficiency is increasing in order to the name. The base one is white. Also, I'm explaining how to calculate the required wattage to the computer using an online power supply calculator called OuterVision Power Supply Calculator. We can get a rough idea about the wattage by using that power supply calculator. There are two kinds of power supply units called modular and non-modular power supply units. I'm explaining which is the best and how to choose a power supply according to the budget considering eighty plus rating, wattage, type, and price. Also, I'm explaining what are the benefits of a branded PSU instead of an unbranded one.
