豬手 2磅
薑 200克

調味
南乳醬 4湯匙
雞粉 1茶匙
鹽 1/2茶匙
冰糖 60克
八角 4粒
香葉 4片
甘草 2片
乾沙薑 5粒
桂皮 1塊
清水 1公升 (過程中保持水浸過面)

Ingredients:
2 lbs pork trotters
200g ginger

Seasoning:
4 tbsp fermented bean curd sauce
1 tsp chicken powder
1/2 tsp salt
60g rock sugar
4 star anise
4 bay leaves
2 slices licorice root
5 dried galangal
1 piece cinnamon stick
1 liter water (keep the trotters submerged throughout the cooking process)
