What is self-abandonment? And how do you stop abandoning yourself?

Well, self-abandonment is when we tune out from and ignore our own feelings, vulnerabilities, boundaries, and needs. And we then make decisions that throw ourselves under the bus and put ourselves in compromising positions.

And when we've repressed part of ourselves into the Shadow, this is the ultimate self-abandonment because we've become totally unattained to a part of ourselves.

So, we can't even sense that Shadow Aspect's needs or boundaries at all.

And in this video I teach you how to stop abandoning yourself in relationships and in other contexts.And this is incredibly important because self-abandonment is self-betrayal and totally erodes trust in ourselves.
