Begin in a seated position with knees flexed at 90 degrees.
Place feet flat on floor.
EXECUTE
Tap both feet as fast as possible, alternating between each foot.
Continue for the prescribed length or time or number of reps.
FOCUS
Focus on tapping as fast as possible.
GOAL
Strengthen the dorsiflexors.
Improve coordination of the feet.
