Step by step instructions:
Login permissions for GoToAssist are limited. Contact the helpdesk to receive proper credentials.
1. Sign in at http://tinyurl.com/citrixgoto. You may have to hit “Sign in” and then “Log In” to reach the correct page.
2. Select “Start a Session”.
3. Direct the user to www.fastsupport.com and have them enter their first name and the support key listed on your screen.
4. Instruct the user to follow the onscreen directions to allow you access to their device.
5. After they complete the prompts, you will have access to their machine. Click “End Session” to end the connection.
