1 tin coconut condensed milk
1 tin coconut evaporated milk
4 cups fresh coconut milk warmed for 5 mins
1 tbsp Herrera's coconut essence
4 large eggs / 6 small
3 pcs lime peel
few drops Angostura cocoa bitters
1 cup puncheon rum( put according to your taste preference)
2 cups coconut rum
1/4 tsp katibbean flavours nutmeg
1/4 tsp karibbean flavours cinnamon
