Restarting Zepbound Was Rough | Month 5 Side Effects + Weight Update

I’m currently in Month 5 of my Zepbound journey, and today I’m sharing an honest update as I continue this month.

In this video, I talk about:
• The side effects I experienced after my first shot of this box, which were much tougher than expected
• How I’ve been feeling overall, including ongoing nausea and being a bit under the weather
• My updated weight and body measurements
• What I’ve been working on this past week as I move forward in Month 5

Although I’ve now taken my second shot of this box, this update focuses on how my body reacted to that first injection, and what I’ve learned so far continuing this month.
