Dopo diverse esperienze lavorative all'estero, Francesco Apreda è finalmente tornato a Roma, arricchito dall'influenza delle molteplici culture con cui è entrato in contatto viaggiando.
Tutto ciò lo racconta nei suoi piatti che sono delle vere e proprie storie di tradizioni e di luoghi.

The new series "The hangar78 Stories" tells the stories and experiences of the great chefs who have passed through hangar78, Silikomart’s cooking and pastry school.



In the sixteenth episode of "The hangar78 Stories" we met the chef Francesco Apreda.


After many working experiences abroad, Francesco Apreda finally came back to Rome enriched by the influence of the cultures he got in touch with when travelling. He narrates them in his plates which are real tales of tradition and places.
