Build Out | 4-3-1 Formation | 9v9

In this video I will cover my processes and structure surrounding build outs at 9v9 in the 4-3-1 formation.
These processes can put your team in a position to set up the offense for success if done correctly.
Some key factors include:
1. Build Out from the Back- Gone are the days of just free kicking it every time to the middle of the field. We will be focusing on building out from the back and keeping control of the ball.
2. Wing Backs- Wing backs will play a key role in moving the ball up the field and setting up wall passes with the mid-fielders.
3. Speed- Building out quickly will ensure your team is in a great position to be offensive and ultimately score more goals.
