I asked my good friend Chef Jordan Andino to TEACH ME HOW TO COOK, and we were surprised to see thousands of you join us live in the kitchen!

*PAELLA INGREDIENTS*
Arborio Rice: 1.5 cups
13/15 Shrimp, peeled and deveined, tail on: 8pc
Spanish Chorizo and/or Bacon: 6oz, sliced into 1inch pcs
Mussels/Clams: 10pc
Yellow Onion: 1/2pc, diced
Garlic: 1.5 tblsp, minced
Chicken Stock: 32 oz
Veg Stock: 32 oz
Chicken Thighs: 2pc, bone-in and skin-on
Sweet Paprika: 1.5 tblsp
Red Bell Pepper: 1pc, diced, save 1 tblsp for Garnish
Tomato: 1 cup, diced
Frozen Peas: 1/2 cup
Olive Oil: 1 cup, split into 1/2 cup measurements
Salt and Pepper to taste
*WHITE SAUCE INGREDIENTS*
Aioli: combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and set aside for garnish when eating
Mayonnaise: 3/4 cup
Lemon Juice: 3 tblsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Ground Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp
Olive Oil: 1/4 cup
