I am trying to keep busy but not being able to sight see in Chiang Mai whilst my knee injury heals is starting to drive me stir crazy! This week I have been keeping up with my physio and also went for a deep tissue massage, which was an experience! I am not trying to fid activities taht have minimal walking involved!
