Magistrate Olga Muharukua will deliver her verdict on the bail application of Cedric Willemse in the case of The State vs. Immanuel Mulunga and 12 others.
The accused include Immanuel Mulunga, Jennifer Hamukwaya, Olivia Dunaiski, Cornelius Willemse, Peter Elindi, Malakia Elindi, Lydia Elindi, and Panduleni Hamukwaya. In addition, five corporate entities—Enercon Namibia, Onyeka Clearing and Forwarding, Nyambali Medical Centre, Panduleni Farming, and Parkwood Petroleum Logistics—also face charges in this case.
They face multiple counts under the Prevention of Organised Crime Act and the Anti-Corruption Act, with the state alleging that the case involves over N$480 million.
