This is how to add Twitch Chat to OBS the easy way to your streams. By using StreamElements you can easily add Twitch Chat and other interactive overlays. This even works for YouTube chat as well.
You’ll need to have activity on your chat in order to see your chat on the editor an in OBS. Go to: www.Twitch.tv/“your channel name here”/chat
This will open a live chat url of your chat and you can send real time chats to see your chat overlay.
