Don't go to your next client meeting unless you're fully prepared. In this video I list my essential meeting preparation tips to help you achieve your planned objectives and make the most of each and every business meeting.

Take 30 minutes before your next big client meeting and ask yourself these questions:

🤔 Do you understand the topics to be discussed during the meeting and why (learn, share, decision, problem solving, planning etc)?
🤔 What does the client expect from the meeting?
🤔 What's your ideal next steps for you and for your client after the meeting?
🤔 Who's attending the meeting and why are they there (subject matter experts, decision maker, stakeholder, implementation)?
🤔 What does your client view as your strengths and weaknesses?
🤔 What does your client value and how do they measure success?
🤔 What objections might come up during the meeting and how will you respond?
🤔 What data, evidence, information do you need?
🤔 What discovery and qualification questions should you ask?

A little meeting planning goes a long way.
