Round up of last few training sessions with this one focussing on some dumbbell shoulder work. The seated press was aggravating my left shoulder so reverted to the standing thick handled dumbbell press and a Viking press finisher. Challenging due to tricep work the day before. Tried some bench rows and some good gains on the vertical leg press.
