Welcome to “Let’s Feed Liam” a new series where I make my friend’s favorite foods fit into his weight loss journey.
Episode 1: Pepperoni Pan Pizza
1160 Cal | 90g Protein | $1.25/serving
Ingredients:
1 cup 0% Fage Greek Yogurt
1 cup Self-Rising Flour
3/4 cup Low-Cal Pizza Sauce
1 + 1/2 cups Low-Fat Mozzarella Cheese
17 slices Turkey Pepperoni
Mix the yogurt and flour to form a dough. Press it flat in a greased pan and bake at 450°F for 10 minutes. Then add your sauce, cheese, and pepperoni, then bake it for an additional 15 minutes.
