On a beautiful spring day, surrounded by lush green nature, we captured a peaceful and delicious experience.
Using fresh trout, we made a traditional Iranian dish – stuffed fish – cooked slowly in a clay oven, filled with aromatic herbs and spices.
Alongside the cooking, we fed our playful chicks and brewed a hot cup of fire tea over open flames.
