About My Journey and My Client's Success Story

In this video, I'm excited to share the journey of one of my clients, a small business owner from West Texas. When he first came to me, he was skeptical about the effectiveness of business coaching. He had been stuck in the daily grind, unable to grow his business beyond $700,000 a year. He had made poor deals with distributors and struggled with analysis paralysis, overthinking every decision.

Despite his doubts, he decided to give coaching a try. I started working with him in February 2023, and through our sessions, we tackled his pricing strategy, streamlined his operations, and implemented new sales techniques. Slowly but surely, he began to see the results. Within a few months, his sales doubled, and he began to believe in the power of coaching.

His sales team, once skeptical, also embraced the new methods, and their performance skyrocketed. Today, his business has more than doubled, reaching $1.6 million in revenue, and we are expanding to new markets.
