For a long time, New Zealand wine has been dominated by Sauvignon Blanc. However, different grape varieties are starting to emerge from the country. During New Zealand Wine week (7-11 February 2022), we gathered together a panel of experts to discuss these and the impact they are having on the trends in the New Zealand wine industry.
