Hi everyone, I hope you are all well. Today I will be sharing the most delicious creamy New York Cheesecake.
Ingredients:
400g digestive biscuits
1/4 tsp salt
170g melted unsalted butter
For the cheesecake:
500g full fat cream cheese at room temperature
200g caster sugar
200g sour cream
200g double cream
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp of corn flour
1 tbsp of Vanilla extract
2 pinches of salt
3 tbsp of lemon juice
