Plain Flour / Maida - 310g / 2 ½ cups
Hot Milk - 240ml appx / 1 cup
Instant Yeast - 2 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 1 ½ tbsp
Milk Powder - 10g
Salt - 10 g
Butter - 1 tsp
Milk & Butter to Brush
Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp (optional)
