A SPIE grant helped these teachers bring geometry into the hands
of Poudre High School students through the construction of a
Habitat for Humanity house. Students learned hands-on applications of math and supported a member of the community at the same time. Students from Poudre High School even arrived at the Hilton with hard hats and tool belts to construct a wall in the
ballroom and demonstrate what they've learned in class!
