How to Build a Carnivorous Bog Garden at Home

So Bogs are places which are generally acidic, aquatic environments consisting of peat and mosses. Usually in the Northern Hemisphere in areas with boreal forests. The water they contain is sometimes supplied purely by rain and other times by slow inlets. Many a time the outlets are absent or extremely slow. Temperatures in these bogs also are; on average; lower and therefore decomposition is slower. Ericaceous species are common in these bogs as well as sedges, and other aquatic plants.
In this video, I show you how to construct a mini bog garden for your carnivorous plants which are also bog plants. I have a few growing around and they work really well.
They are useful for the following reasons:
1. Having all these tiny individual pots to manage can be cumbersome if you're short on space. All your plants in one container.
2. Plants enjoy the company of other plants (although there is competition between species).
3. It is aesthetically pleasing to look at.
4. You won't need to re-pot them as fast as when they're in little pots.

I will say in this video the one Drosera is not D. alata as I mentioned(that is my mistake - the 'alata' species name belongs to the Sarracenia in the back on the right. The Drosera is a binata (my random mistake, sorry! :) )
