How to film SUNSET TIMELAPSE with HIGH QUALITY and CONVENIENTLY - Is it possible in AUTO MODE?

In this video I show a very clever approach on how to film sunset timelapse using an auto mode in camera and still get the best quality. One of the key things is to use spot metering for sunset time lapse to protect bright areas in a photo in auto mode and the second one is to make sure that the camera doesn't venture into unwanted ISO or shutter speed values. Throughout the video I explain what are the problems with shooting a timelapse in a traditional way with full manual mode and how to leverage aperture priority mode and some camera customisation settings available in cameras like Canon EOS R in order to make the camera behave in a way to capture high quality footage to be able to produce stunning timelapses without the need to stand behind the camera for a few hours meticulously adjusting settings every few minutes!
