In this video we will be going over a few progression exercises that will help you get YOUR FIRST PULL UP, DIP & PUSH UP.
These exercises are designed to condition your body and help you develop the strength to perfect these movements.
PROGRESSION EXERCISES FOR PULL UPS:
Dead Hang
Negative Pull Ups
Australian Pull Ups | Beginner
Australian Pull Ups | Intermediate
PROGRESSION EXERCISES FOR DIPS:
Static Dip Hold
Negative Dips
Chair/Bench Dips | Beginner
Chair/Bench Dips | Intermediate
PROGRESSION EXERCISES FOR PUSH UPS:
Wall Push Ups
Incline Push Ups
Plank Hold
I recommend working on these progressions 2-3 times a week. The more consistent you are, the faster you'll see results in both your level of strength and physique.
