In this video we will be doing a Bodyweight Legs & Booty Workout.
This workout was designed to help you sculpt your legs & booty by using only your bodyweight and NO EQUIPMENT.
This workout consists of a few jumping exercises. I have attached a modified version of these particular exercises in the case you have any injuries that prevent you from jumping or you're simply seeking a beginner version of the workout.
You can do this entire workout anywhere outside or at home.
PAUSE this video as many times as you need to rest. Remember that this video is designed for beginners and you can go at your own pace.
WARMUP:
Leg Swings | 15 Seconds Each Leg
Standing Quad Stretch | 15 Seconds Each Leg
Forward Fold | 30 Seconds
Torso Twist | 30 Seconds
WORKOUT:
Jump Squats | 15x
Split lunges | 18x
Floor Tap Squats | 18x
Good morning | 15x
Donkey Kicks | 12x Each Leg
Fire Hydrants | 12x Each Leg
Glute Bridges | 15x
Repeat the entire routine 2-3 times for better results.
