1. Pulse Squats – legs, glutes, control & endurance
2. Squat to Calf Raise – quads, calves, balance & stability
3. Curtsy Lunges (back diagonal) – glutes, inner thighs, coordination
4. Jump Lunges – power, explosiveness, endurance
5. Donkey Kicks (right) – glute isolation & strength
6. Pulse Donkey Kicks (right) – activation & burn
7. Donkey Kicks (left) – symmetry & control
8. Pulse Donkey Kicks (left) – glute activation & endurance
9. Progressive Glute Bridge Series:
Glute Bridge – activation & alignment
Glute Bridge on Toes – stronger glute focus, hamstrings
-Glute Bridge on Toes + Abduction – outer glutes & stability
10. Glute Bridge Hold (3x) – endurance & full activation
• Repeat each exercise 3 times before moving to the next.
