This leg day workout is going to help you build a strong and defined lower body! We will work compound and isolation exercises to improve definition and increase strength! The main muscles we focus on for this training are the legs, thighs, and glutes! The structure will include 4 rounds with an essential exercise combined with a superset. If you want to add a little oomph to this workout you have the option to add your ankle weights!

30-MINUTE LEGS, GLUTES, AND THIGHS WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 15lbs to 20lbs / 7 - 9kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift moderately heavy!

REPEAT EACH ROUND 2 TIMES THROUGH
ESSENTIAL WORK: 50 SECONDS REST: 20 SECONDS
