Let's play with Particle Systems in Unreal Engine!
Niagara is CRAZY powerful, but has a slight achilles heel when it comes to audio, in that it only works when using the CPU. So collisions, particle effects and audio triggers only work when set up that way. So how do we get around this?
We make some blueprints, some interface implementation and some Metasound patches bring us all the way home, to implement a great water droplet system that works in real time!
