萝卜丝丸子
食材:
猪肉馅:1000克
胡萝卜:450 (削皮,用搅拌机打成碎粒)
生抽:1汤匙
盐: ½ 汤匙
花椒水:1汤匙花椒+ 1/3杯开水泡10分钟
淀粉:⅓杯
鸡蛋:3个
五香粉:½ 茶匙
植物油:需要至少在锅里有5厘米深
做法:
1. 猪肉馅、生抽、盐、花椒水搅拌均匀,腌制15分钟。再加入淀粉、鸡蛋搅拌均匀,最后放入胡萝卜搅拌均匀。
2. 中火加热油锅,当油有一点烫手时,把丸子一个一个放进锅里,炸到金黄色即可出锅。
Carrot Meatballs
Ingredients:
Ground pork: 1000 grams
Carrots: 450 grams (peeled and finely chopped in a food processor)
Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
Salt: ½ tablespoon
Sichuan peppercorn water: 1 tablespoon Sichuan peppercorns + 1/3 cup boiling water, steeped for 10 minutes
Cornstarch: ⅓ cup
Eggs: 3
Five-spice powder: ½ teaspoon
Vegetable oil: enough to fill the pot to a depth of at least 5 cm
Instructions:
1. Mix the ground pork, soy sauce, salt, and Sichuan peppercorn water together and marinate for 15 minutes. Then add the cornstarch and eggs and mix well. Finally, add the chopped carrots and mix thoroughly.
2. Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat. When the oil is slightly hot to the touch, carefully drop the meatballs into the pot one by one and fry until golden brown.
